Log into your Argon Audio account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
